So very blessed this Christmas season!

Finally back for an update! We have been soooo busy... just the way I like it! :) We did get to take the boys to visit with Santa, and we also went to see the lights at Lake Lanier the day before Christmas Eve! Here are a few photos from the Santa visit!
Eathan was pulling on Daddy saying he wanted to go home as soon as we walked in!

Evan was nervous, but he knew he had to talk to Santa to let him know what kind of toys he wanted!

Eathan decided he would talk to Santa...

...and even ended up sitting in his lap for a photo!!!
Evan definitely wanted to talk to Santa, but when the lady tried to put him in Santa's lap he said, "No, No, I'll just stand right here." LOL!

Overall, this was the best visit we have ever had with Santa!!! I was proud!

This Christmas I wanted to make bread dough ornaments with the boys as well! We finally got to it a few days before Christmas! The boys had lots of fun, and we're definitely going to try to do some every year!
Eathan is taking after Mommy and started snapping pictures with my point and shoot!

THE MOST FUN PART!!! Painting ornaments!

The finished result! Nice artwork from my boys!

Here is some other Christmas artwork we've been doing!

We made handprint Christmas tree and then they decorated them.

Daddy made angel ornaments with the boys out of paper plates!

The Sunday before Christmas they made little ornaments in Sunday School...

Eathan made another angel and candy cane

The Sunday before Christmas we also had a Christmas play at our church! It was so fun for the kids and very cute to watch! My boys were shepherds for the first time this year! In past years they've been angels! Here are a few photos from the past...

Very cute, huh?!

We did get to go to Lake Lanier two days before Christmas to see the lights! It has become a tradition for us to go down every year with my in-laws. The boys had a blast and the grown-ups did too! Here's some photos...

I hope Evan's hat wasn't like this the whole time! lol! Poor guy couldn't see much...

His eyes were still covered! He never told me he couldn't see!

Eathan's favorite! He remembered it from last year and kept asking us when we were going to see it!

On Christmas Eve we went to visit with my Papa Harvie (my dad's dad)! My Granny has already passed on and I'm not sure how much longer I have with my Papa so, I know I will always cherish this photo!

After visiting with Papa Harvie, and the Free side of the family we came home to bake some cookies for Santa!!!

Evan adding sprinkles to his cookies!

Eathan sprinkling his cookies!

Eathan was trying to sneak sprinkles and icing off Santa's cookies! =O

My hubby and I weren't suppose to have anything for each other because we gave our gifts early, but he surprised me with a new pair of Sperry's! YAY! He is so sweet!

SANTA CAME! SANTA CAME!

The next morning, Christmas day photos... (*sorry! I am a photo fanatic!)

Eathan is always the first one out of the gate!

Evan went straight for his Jesse!

Eathan loved the magnet board that Santa brought! (Daddy actually made it)

So, so, excited over this little Bulls-eye flashlight! He saw it in a sale paper and wanted it so bad! :)

Love this one! Eathan's been wanted a Woody for a long time! :)

Mommy and Daddy heard a lot of commotion going on outside last night and we told the boys we better check it out and see if Santa left something out there! HE DID!!!!

This was suppose to be from Santa, but it's take a few weeks to get it put up, and the boys saw it from a distance at one point and asked what it was. I had to lie and tell them it was something for Daddy's coon puppies. So, since they knew something was over there we figured it would be safer to say it was from Mom and Dad!

This playhouse was here when we moved here, but for 5 years now my hubby has been using it for storage. He decided to clean his stuff out and let the boys have it. It is really cute, with the little porch on it!

LOL! Evan.

Evan giving Chandler his new bed!

I think Chandler approves!

It started snowing!!! Our first white Christmas! (this was only the beginning!)
Then we went to visit my in-laws!

Leaving our house...

Love that little face!

New pots and pans set for me!!! My in-laws are so sweet and generous!

Now that is cute! I hated to unwrap it!

My Family
Almost Home!
The day after Christmas the boys braved the snow with Daddy, while I decided to watch from the porch and run inside every time a gust of wind came! brrrrrr! They got to ride their new 4-wheeler with Daddy again in the snow! We also took them to see Yogi Bear! They loved it and chowed down on their popcorn the whole time! Then my sweet husband took us to Big Lots where the Christmas decorations were half off! I was so excited! I got a bunch of stuff for next year and I went ahead and tried out our new tree-topper and tree skirt to see how they looked! LOVE THEM! Here's some of the loot!

Some gold bows and a star for the front door!

Thought this was cute!
Here is another cute photo of my boys from today! They were just sitting there watching Word World in their matching pajamas they got for Christmas and I thought it was adorable!

So, that was quite a lot to update on! I am sorry it was so long, but with Christmas and all, there was a lot of stuff going on! They won't usually be this long... I hope! All in all, this was probably the most exciting Christmas we've had as a family so far! Merry Christmas to you all and a Happy New Year as well! I am looking forward to another wonderful year with my family! Can't wait to see what God has in store for us in 2011! I'll update again after New Year's unless something really exciting happens! ;) God Bless!
